Winvic Construction is set to develop a new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Coventry, UK, for its client Gilltown.
The project, named Progress House, will offer 544 beds and aims to meet sustainability standards.
It is scheduled for completion in mid-2027, in time for the 2027-28 academic year.
The development will replace an existing office building on Westwood Way, just a mile from the University of Warwick campus.
The six-storey accommodation will feature a 4,000ft² commercial unit on the ground floor, catering to both students and the local community.
Progress House is set to enhance the student village community within Westwood Business Park, where the demand for student housing continues to grow.
